Schedule games
Note: Before scheduling games, complete the following:
Set up playing fields
Set up divisions
Set up winner placeholders
Set up Game dates and times.
Accept all teams
Assign division to all accepted teams
1. In the Scheduling Module, select Build Game Schedule from the Action drop down menu.
2. Select the division in the drop down menu below.
3. Click on the Go! button.
4. Assign a game number.
This is YOUR internal game number. You do NOT need to assign a game number if you don’t want to. The database has internal numbers that keeps track of all games. You may find it easier, though, for communication, to assign games numbers, i.e., “game number 120″ instead of saying “Boys12.the game that was played on field 3 at 12:30 on SatÖ” Your choice.
5. Select the date, pitch/field, type of game, time, home team, and guest team from their respective drop down menus.
6. Click on the Add Game button.
